Bring Your Class to the Glass Barn
As part of the "Barns Global Learning Initiative" (Former State's Largest Classroom) at the Indiana State Fair, the Glass Barn serves as a host location for ag education field trips throughout the school year. Visit the State Fair website for more information on how to sign up your class.
Developed by Purdue University researchers and public school teachers, the kit is an engaging way to apply the basic skills and principles of chemistry. It’s also useful for showing high schoolers the growing importance of the alternative fuel industry, which is primarily derived from renewable natural resources like soybean oil. Free for Indiana Teachers!
